      <description><![CDATA[<i>Alexander Netkachev</i> has <a href="http://www.alexatnet.com/Blog/Index/2006-12-12/php-ide-with-debugger-0-1-6-is-out">an update posted</a> about the PHP IDE package and a new version that includes debugger support - 0.1.6.
