The PHP-GTK Community website <a href="http://www.php-gtk.eu/node/200">points out</a> the latest version of a tool GTK developers can use to plan out the screens for their applications - <a href="http://www.kksou.com/php-gtk2/blog/?p=36">Glade v3.3.4 for Windows</a>.
