Richard Creech informed me about a relatively new project that he is working on, a phpYellow Pages. "It's an online Yellow Page application, and is downloadable for free." He's got a demo at http://www.dreamriver.com/phpYellow/ and the download site at http://dreamriver.com/software/. He also mentioned another php project in the works, but only in beta.
