To start, PHPBuilder.com has posted a new article all about using templates on static sites and how useful they can be (and trust me, the are a dream come true). Here's the link for that. Next, for those of you out there that are like me and this site, you might have had some trouble using Phorum on your site, well, I found just for y'all a Phorum forum just for people that hack the code of it.
