The SysAdmin's Guild of Australia has released an "official document" that appears to be a "Open Source Developer's Agreement". It looks like a good thing, possibly something that could become a nice standard in the Open Source world. It looks like it basically provides a set of rules based around the ideals of "open source" and the development of applications and such with it. Definitely worth a look.
