PHPHead.com found a PHP Coding standard based on Todd Hoff's C++ Coding Standard. "The PHP Coding Standard lays down some good practices for you when you are coding. This is a great place to start if you are confused about how to go about a certain task, or are just unsure how you should design a naming convention for a project."
