Well, someone, namely idanso has been working towards a more standard approach for using HTML within your PHP. Rather than just slapping HTML where it needs to go, his idea is to formalize the whole thing with a PHP class and make it much easier to produce nicer, cleaner HTML. The result? PHP::HTML.
