PHPNewbie.net has come up with a very introductory tutorial that shows some of the very basic concepts for using PHP (including the idea of variables and how to integrate PHP with HTML). This is a pretty basic tutorial and would probably only benefit those of you that don't to much programming at all. Here's that link.
