Well, apparently the gods are smiling on me today because there is tons of new news out there! First off, PHPEverywhere has a nifty little user review of the Zend IDE. The overall idea seems like a lack of planning on their part (with several missing features). Download it and see what you think, and tell us all about it in the forums.
