There's a new site out there that wants to focus on more than just PHP - it also wants to work with HTML, Perl, Javascript, and DHTML. Sounds like a cool combination - I hope it takes off! Here's the link for onlinetools.org
PHPHead pointed out a neat little tool that helps you make pages for both a wireless browser and a regular PC browser (complete with a PHP module). Check out HAWHAW if this sounds cool.
