First we have a Zend.com article about Using PHP with O&A's Currency Exchange Rate Server This is a nice look into the server and is for those of you needing the services of the OANDA currency rate server, especially if you develop shopping carts or other e-commerce services for online use. Also today, we have an article pointd out by PHPNewbie about the details of PHP (like which is faster: print or echo). Here's the link for that one.
