Well, care of PHPNewbie, we have a link to more PHPNuke-ness. He found an interesting little tutorial all about customizing it and making it really cool. Worth a look if you use PHPNuke.
Also, there is a review of the Zend IDE client and Debug Server over on ZDNet. It looks to me like they don't like it much either. Go figure.
