the NewbieNetwork has a sample interface that they are working on (for the redesign) and want some user feedback. Check out this link for the sample. Most of the links and stuff don't work, but you get the idea.
And on this same note, PHP.net has altered their look slightly again. Apparently they got some feedback on the very minimalist look that they had the other night and changed it a bit. So, go on over and see what you think.
