Zend.com has a new case study posted all about <A href="http://www.zend.com/zend/cs/payby.php">PayBycheck.com and how they use PHP and it's speed (vs. other web scripting languages) to make a nice, stable, and secure payment choice for people. Also today, the NewbieNetwork has a new tutorial on <A href="http://www.newbienetwork.net/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=17">Database Design and Management. It looks pretty cool, with some good basic stuff covered.
