Well, it looks like Great Bridge is partnering with Zend Technologies to offer PostgreSQL-PHP strategy for Web-based business. Sounds fancy, but it looks like they have some great things planned to help support the PostgreSQL community. I just hope it all works out.
Be sure to check out the newest addition to the realm of PHP sites, GTK.PHP-Coder.net. Now developers with GTK-PHP have a place to post news/ask questions/etc. (unlike the official GTK-PHP site). Looks like this could turn into a great resource.
