First off today, Zend.com (quietly) released the newest versions of their Zend Cache 1.1.0 and Zend Optimizer 1.1.0. Looks like they've improved the IDE a bit with some new features and settings, but it still runs too slow for my tastes. Also in the Zend world, they have a new tutuorial that talks about how to use PHP to implement inter-platform communication. This is some cool stuff...proves that PHP isn't just a web-only programming language.
And, last but definitely not least, the newest Netcraft results are in and Apache is on top! (well, duh...saw this one coming) It's still good news that people realise that Apache is by far the superior web server.
