I got some news sent to me about this neat little project that has apparently been in the works for a while now. Visual PHP Studio is an IDE like Delphi can be for Object Pascal, but for PHP. In Visual PHP, instead design windows forms, you are designing HTML pages. In those pages you place components like images, text and those components have properties, and events.
You can download it for free at http://www.visualphpstudio.f2s.com and try it out to see what you think. It's a nice tool and all, but it still has a ways to go to be easy to use. I think it's got the ideas behind it working, but it's not very intuitive. I think for now, I'll stick with EditPlus, thanks.
