PHPEverywhere has a new posting about PHP: The Second Wave and all the discussion reciently about how scalabe PHP really and and what needs to be built into it for it to succeed.
Also, the NewbieNetwork has a nice link to some standards for PHP coding. This is a good thing, especially for those of us that don't quite have the structure in coding that a lot do.
