SecurePHP Wiki
December 14, 2005 @ 07:25:04

There's a new resource for PHP developers out there that are looking to get all the info they can on security in PHP - the SecurePHP Wiki.

The use of PHP as a web application technology is spreading quickly, especially with the advent of PHP 5. As a result, ensuring the security of such applications is becoming increasingly important. However, PHP security is not always as intuitive as we'd like it to be. SecurePHP is focused on helping PHP programmers produce secure code and secure their web server with respect to PHP. The site was created in the hopes of establishing a community of PHP users that could document as much as possible concerning PHP security.

There's already some content on the wiki - thought it only seems to have been set up within the last few days and the structure laid out. It'll be interesting to keep an eye on this one and see how the infomation on it progresses...
