David Minor wrote in to tell us about the newest version of the Bad Blue Win32 PHP server that now supports some "soft firewall" features. This servers is so tiny and packs quite a bit into this little package - be sure to check it out and maybe try it.
Also, something that I've been working with lately is getting some applications working with graphcs and charts with GD installed. Well, PHPEverywhere has a link to a program that allows PHP to work like PGPlot - PHPlot. If you need something to help out with those graphs and charts that you need, look into this. It's a pretty nice tool, and could save you loads of work.
