PHPEvolve promises to be the ultimate PHP development environment, like Macromedia Ultradev the developer does not need to have guru knowledge of PHP to start developing PHP based Web Sites. Well, I'm not completely sure that this is a good thing, but this IDE does look promising. You should check it out for yourself and see what you think. Also, this software isn't out yet - this is just to stir up some interest.
Well, rising from the less-than-updated PHPHead we have a new article from the webmaster himself. He talks about a little project that he had to do at work, and how he was about forced to use ASP scripting to get it done. Check this one out - it has some nice comparisons between the two languages and shows just how messed up the whole ASP connection ideas are.
