Well, it's sad to see them go, but IRC-HTML has gone the way that so many sites do. They've narrowed down their content to just the WebSupport support items and less on the PHP and programming side of it. I'm going to be changing my banners for them also - I still think that WebSupport is a cool thing. And, hey - it's PHP too!
Also today, Zend has put out their newest weekly summary that details Win32 compatibility and some session fixes (among other things).
And lastly, though it's a bit old, it's new to you - PHPHead has the second part in his series about his experience with ASP vs. PHP. He gives more detail on this one, with more examples from the code of how they really compare.
