Well, it looks like most of the PHP community is taking the day off today to (for those not in the US, today is Labor Day - a good excuse to not go to work! heh) because there's not much news to be found around today. One new thing though - Flaperman wrote in to tells us about the newest version of every MySQL lover's favorite tool - phpMyAdmin. They've released version 2.2.0 that includes several new languages supported, some small fixes and an additional note that the project is now backed by a full-time development team. Things had looked a little bleak there for a while when the lead developer had dropped out of the project, but, thankfully, some new programmers have come on board and are working it make phpMyAdmin that much better.
