DynamicWebPages has two new articles this morning, both dealing with PHP and caching. First off, they have an article about PHP Accelerator written by the author of PHP Accelerator. It's a nice little piece that gives a good overview of caching and how PHP Accelerator can help. Also, from them, there's an article that compares several caching products and evaluates them for different uses. (you might need the Fish to read these).

Lastly, from Zend this morning, there are two new things - first off, there is a new Tricks of the Trade article that talks about design patterns and how to apply them to PHP development. For those that are lost, design patterns are just what they sound like - patterns in your code (like loops or code that gets c&ped all over the place). The second Zend item is a little less impressive, but important for those out there that read it (cough). They have the latest Zend Engine 2.0 Weekly Chronicle out for this week. Enjoy!
