Well, I found several more tutorial links for you guys today - most are on the Developer's Resources site. First off, we have an overview of the sort functions in PHP. These are all the array sorting functions too, so it makes for a good guide to them. Also, they have another article that gives a nice look into regular expressions. It doesn't get detailed, instead it shows you the basic parts of a regexp and even give some examples with the functions that PHP uses them in. And, lastly, there is an intro to the mail() function that is a bit short, but really, it doesn't have to be long for an overview. Enjoy!

Also this morning, the NewbieNetwork seems to be back up and running - using Drupal. He decided to use that instead of working from the ground up because it provided the security and features that he wanted. The new look is a nice clean interface, with a Nuke-like feel.
