First off today, we have the latest and greatest PHP Weekly Summary from Zend. They spotlight a few things this week like some problems with 4.2.0-dev including $_POST and $_GET. They also are working in a patch to allow mail() and all to work on non-sendmail systems.

While not really PHP, I thought this was pretty cool - Evolt has a new article that shows how to make neat rollover effects with CSS. This can replace some of that nasty javascript that so many hate too...

Also, I want to put this out there - I've been looking at making a bit cleaner interface for this site, making it a bit more styled and the same time, adding comments and getting more community involvement. So, I'd like to ask if there are any budding coders out there that would like to work with me on the new and improved PHPDeveloper.org.
