Well, it's not exactly new - but it is rewritten and hopefully will have less MySQL-caused incidents (heh). The New and Improved EvilWalrus.com is back up and loading faster than ever. They've taken out some of the "extra" functions that really weren't doing much for the site and streamlined it to make it cleaner and faster. Great job guys!

Zend has a new Code Gallery Spotlight this morning. It highlights making a PHP script that sounds pretty handy - one that makes thumbnails out of images for you on the fly (they call it AutoGallery). It uses some more advanced thinking and functions than maybe a beginner would get, but it should be pretty easy for everyone else. This is just the first part in the series.

I got some of the tutorials reformatted over the weekend for the new site (not as many as I'd hoped...), so things should be taking shape soon. Once I get into it, it goes pretty quick - it's just finding the time. So, bear with me a little bit longer - we might try to shoot for a New Year's Launch of the new site and all...
