There's a new extension included with PHP 4.1.0 for those XML-RPC lovers out there - the XMLRPC-EPI extension. PHPEverywhere has a neat little post that contains the unpublished XMLRPC-EPI docs that help out with reasons why to use this extension. It's the same one that Epinions.com has been using for a good while now.

Now, I bet you're wondering why I wanted to post something that turns HTML into PDF files. Well, the truth is, that something is PHP! RustyParts.com has a page posted that tells you what you need to generate PDF files on the fly with PHP and even has a sample of that page in PDF format.

You'd think the world was coming to an end, but it's not - it's just PHPBuilder posting a new article. It seem like forever since they updated, but this new article is a good one. It covers Using PHP and MySQL with Flash and working with the MySQL backend via the PHP scripts. They use the loadVariables verision of it too...which, might I add, we've had in our tutorials section for a while now. (cough). Anyway, it's a good article to check out and makes some good points about communicating back and forth between the Flash movie and the server.
