DynamicWebPages has the latest PHP statistics posted this morning. It's really good to see those numbers keep climbing (despite that dip there a few months before). PHP is widely becoming one of the "standards" of web development in today's cost-conscious, the-easier-the-better economy.

Zend has a new tutorial posted today about creating a web-accessible billing system for small businesses or groups. The key to this one is that word "small" - they're not looking to help you make a system to manage an entire company the size of some small Texas towns. They just show you how to make a user-friendly system to manage finanaces for a small group.

Lastly, Evolt.org has a new piece this morning about making multiple pages with PHP and MySQL results. Those pages with those neat "Next" and "Prev" links on each page make navigation just that much cooler. They look at the number of results and make a pretty "Results 1-10 of 35" kind of output.
