North East PHP Conference 2015 Call for Papers Opened

The 2015 edition of the North East PHP Conference has officially opened up their Call for Papers for this year's event. This community conference will be held in Boston, Massachusetts on August 22 and 23rd at the Microsoft Nerd Center there in town.

The Northeast PHP Conference is a community conference intended for networking and collaboration in the developer community. PHP + UX + WEB = The best low-cost conference in North America! Last year we had two awesome keynote speakers, and we have amazing Keynotes planned for this year: Steve Krug, author of “Don’t Make Me Think” and “Rocket Surgery Made Easy”, will be giving the opening keynote. Frances Berriman of Code for America and former front-end development lead for GOV.UK will be delivering the closing keynote.

The speaker package includes a ticket to the event, up to three nights in the hotel, an invitation to the speaker's dinner and some special "speaker swag". Their Call for Papers closes on May 15th, so be sure to submit early and often to get your topics in and in front of the organizers!

The Northeast PHP Technical Conference is happening again this year in Boston, Massachusetts September 6th and 7th, 2014:

This year’s Northeast PHP Conference will once again be held in Boston, MA from September 6 to 7. This year we have another great selection of speakers and topics, the list of which can be found at http://northeastphp.org/talks.

We have 2 great Keynote speakers lined up as well: Steve Krug and Frances Berriman.

Steve Krug is an information architect and user experience professional, best known for his book 'Don't Make Me Think'. Frances Berriman previously worked as the front-end lead for the UK government's award winning project GOV.UK and is now an advisor for Code for America.

They've even reduced the price of the tickets for this great two-day event to $150 USD to make it even more accessible for a wider audience of attendees. Each day includes breakfast/lunch/snacks and lots of great sessions including topics like:

The PHP North East conference is coming up soon (August 16th through the 18th in Cambridge, Massachusetts) and you can still pick up your tickets to attend this year's great event.

This year they have a wide range of topics on the agenda including:
