The OSI Days (formerly LinuxAsia) conference for this year (2010) has officially announced their Call for Papers:

OSI Days 2010 promises to be the richest conference experience in the series. The conference focusses on FOSS Developers, Architects, IT Managers, CXO, Academicians and Students and serves as the platform for discussing various open source concepts, technologies and projects including Mobile Development, Web Development, LAMP Stack, Business Management, eGovernance, Drupal, Javascript, Databases, Hardware, etc. Check out the conference website for more details.

You'll need to go over to the conference website and register to submit your idea(s) on one of the topics they're looking for - cloud computing, PHP, Drupal, Databases, Javascript and Developer tools and techniques. The conference is happening September 19th through 21st at the Chennai Trade Center in Chennai.
