The Voices of the ElePHPant podcast has posted their latest episode, another in their series of community interviews. This time it's with Frank de Jonge, a member of the Amsterdam PHP user group.
Cal and Frank talk about some of Frank's experience in speaking, how he got started and the events he's spoken at. He shares some tips about getting started in the world of speaking (hint: start local) and how to write a good abstract/proposal. They also talk about Frank not being a native English speaker and how he deals with it. They also talk some about his project, flysystem, where it came from and the functionality it includes. There's also some discussion about the League of Extraordinary Packages and Frank's involvement.
