php|architect has a quick note for those attending or even thinking about attending their php/db|works conference in September - the latest edition of the Zend Certified Engineer test (the PHP5 version) will be available.

The new exam, which will be launched at the end of August and will be available at php|works for the first time, includes a new scope that has been updated to include PHP 5 topics, such as the new OOP functionality.
