How do you get through to claims when they well not answer the phone. This for over four hours.

on vation to mass. from texas, the high/low cutoff switch for my wife's (frannie)bmw went out; the claim was denied because the component that failed was a "blower resistor", which disabled the cutoff switch. additionally, front end repair was classified as "normal wear". first, the small component (resistor) was identified in such a miniscule manner to disallow the repair, and then normal wear was cited to disallow the other needed repair. it appears that my warranty agreement is useless, because it is being interpreted in a way to deny any repair that may be needed, now and in the future. my disatisfaction with how these claims were treated cannot be any greater.
