Alexander Netkachev's Blog:
PHP IDE with debugger 0.1.6 is out
December 13, 2006 @ 09:49:00

Alexander Netkachev has an update posted about the PHP IDE package and a new version that includes debugger support - 0.1.6.

This is, probably, the first PHP IDE that supports debugging for state-of-the-art PHP 5.2. To turn on debugging on your web server just add ZendDebugger.dll in PHP.ini

You can grab the latest download of the IDE from here or here (win32).
