Welcome to day two of the Laracon Conference. This is the live blog for today’s talks.

The sessions have already started, so there's already updates (just in case you're not already watching the live stream). You can check out the sessions coming up today over on the main conference schedule.

For those that weren't able to make it to this year's PHP Quebec conference, Cal Evans of the Zend Developer Zone has posted daily summaries to get you caught up.

The first day's post covers the usual - what the conference is like, the meeting area, some of the people he met up with, and the sessions he attended (including a mention of Rob Richards' "SOA: Beyond the Hype" talk.

The second day's post is jammed with more information about the conference, including all of the great talks he attended, including:

Things really started to pick up steam yesterday with regards to PHP. So here I sit in the first session for everybody. As I sit here and jam to the oldies, watch slide after slide on the many multimedia screens and wait for Nathan Torkington to take the stage, I'll take the opportunity to give you a fly-over of yesterday’s activities.
