The Voices of the ElePHPant podcast has posted their latest episode, another video interview taken live at php[world] with a member of the PHP community. In this new episode host Cal Evans talks with a speaker at the event and Joomla fan, Tessa Mero.

Cal and Tessa talk about the keynote that she presented at the event and provides a bit of introduction as a "new" speaker at many PHP conferences. They also talk about how being a part of the video gaming community she was a part of first and how it shaped her for her participation now in PHP. They also talk about how "bad behavior" has been handled in both communities. Tessa shares how she got into the Joomla community and her experiences there. Finally, they talk about the PHP conference she's involved with, the Pacific Northwest PHP Conference.
