The Voices of the ElePHPant podcast, hosted by PHP community member Cal Evans, has posted their latest episode. In this latest in their series of PHP community interviews, Cal talks with Keith Casey.

Cal and Keith talk about Keith's work with APIs and becoming "the API guy". They talk about his workshop given at the 2015 Lone Star PHP Conference about creating APIs for legacy applications. He suggests taking time to design the API before ever implementing it in your application. They also talk about work life balance and how Keith personally handled his own situation as a developer evangelist. They wrap it up talking about Keith's current work it the startup Clarify.
