Edin's Blog:
New Windows installer for PHP 5.2
July 27, 2006 @ 08:51:49

Edin has a quick and happy note for all of the Windows PHP users out there:

One of the cool new things for PHP users on Windows in the upcoming version 5.2 would be a brand new installer. It was created by John Metric and the preview can be downloaded and tested. Feedback on how well it works is of course very welcome.

Over its evolution, PHP installation has become easier and easier, especially on the Windows platform. It's great to see, though, that developers out there are making it even more accessible for developers to get a complete, correct PHP install up and working in no time flat. Check out this latest addition and see what you think!
