The Voices of the ElePHPant podcast, hosted by Cal Evans, has posted their latest interview with a member of the PHP community. In this latest show Cal talks with JT Grimes, a developer from California.

They talk about some of the work that J.T does in her daily work (PHP + Cobol). They also discuss how she hooks in the PHP code to the Cobol, directly working with the database on the same server or using a bridge. J.T. also talks some about the "tech scene" over in her area (Oakland, CA) and some of the growth they're seeing.
