Ryan Malesevich's Blog:
WP Plugins iGSyntax Hiliter
August 22, 2006 @ 06:57:05

In a new post, Ryan Malesevich talks about a handy WordPress plugin he's found to make sharing PHP code simpler directly inside your blog entries.

I've done a few tutorials that use code for a variety of languages including PHP, MySQL, Javascript, and Applescript. I was using a plugin called PHP Highlighter but that only worked for PHP and it formatted quotes incorrectly and it was just a hassle. Last week my friend apexad suggested that I should try out iG:Syntax Hiliter. I did and I am very impressed with how easy it is to use, how you can expand its supported languages, and how it works.

He mentions the simple install and configuration before demonstrating its use and what kinds of things can be customized with it.
